IN THE BATTLE TOGETHER
Many of us can remember the amazing camaraderie we experience with other men in team sports, military service, or just rollin' with our buddies. The sense of mission and connectedness that came out of sweating together, suffering together and experiencing victory together was amazing.
We are facing tough times. The economy, job instability, the climate, terrorism, and family struggles are just a few of the battles we face in a climate of fear, frustration, and hostility. Will we become a band of brothers or withdraw into our caves? Will we live out our lives as authentic disciples of Jesus or be overwhelmed by our problems? Will we passively surrender or take intentional steps of faith to face the battle?
We hope to use the weekend to offer you some practical tools to assist you; but we will also be praying together, eating together, worshipping together, and having lots of fun.
There are 3 reasons you should come to this retreat? 1) You need help with your own battles. 2) Your brothers need you. 3) You want to get out of LA and have a great weekend!
We encourage every man, regardless of age, to join us for this powerful event. I am certain you will be deeply impacted.

Each year a group of guys begins the retreat on Friday morning with a round of golf.

The idea is to start the retreat a little early by hanging out together in golf carts.
We have all levels of players, so think about joining us. It will cost around $50 and we’ll probably play in the Ventura area.
The course is TBA. We have limited space, so sign up immediately.
OR… if you are not a golfer, make your own plans to hang out on Friday with a couple of brothers.
